Solana Local Anchor

The Solana-local layer anchors a range of TraceCommitment hashes.

It stores:

• root;
• sequence range;
• last commitment hash;
• local signature;
• slot;
• schema version.

The default Docker stack uses a portable Solana-compatible JSON-RPC stub. The adapter is a proof boundary, not the source of protocol truth.
